OCR Text	Show DEAUER COMITY DEL1I1QUEUT TAX LIST 1081 Pursuant to Section 59-10-29, Utah Code Annotated 1953, and to authority vested In me by said Section, I, the undersigned, Rondo T. Farrer, County Treasurer of Beaver Beav-er County, Utah, hereby give public notice that the following follow-ing named persons are delinquent to the payment of Uniform Uni-form School fund, County School, County, City, Town, . Predatory Animal Control, County, livestock Inspection, Tuberculosis taxes for the year 1981 to the amount set Tuperculosls taxes for the year 1981 to the amount set opposite their respected names on property indicated, reference being made hereon the whole amount of delinquent delin-quent taxes hereinafter set forth and the same is hereby made a part of the notice. Unless said delinquent taxes together with costs, interest, and penalty are paid before Friday, January 15, 1982, I shall, pursuant to section 59-10-29, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, sell the real property upon which the taxes are a lien to Beaver County, In the manner prescribed pre-scribed by law for such taxes, penalty and costs, except only such property as is held by the county under pre -limlnary tax sale.
