Show I-I.YI.U MYERS, MFJ.VIX IlKADSIIAW, WED IX TEMPLE Miss Linda Myers spoke vows to become Mrs. Neil Brad-shaw Brad-shaw in a ceremony performed Saturday, Sept. 8. President Harold S. Snow solemnized the St. George Temple rites. Mr. and Mrs. William Le-Roy Le-Roy Myers are parents of the new Mrs. Bradshaw, and Mr. and Mrs. Mclvin Bradshaw are parents of the bridegroom. As she greeted guests at the reception the bride was gowned in a floor length model mod-el of net complemented with lace. The scalloped neckline was trimmed with white sequins. se-quins. The sleeves were Juliet style. The tight bodice was of lace and the gathered skirt was of net with a pointed overskirt of lace with rosettes appliqued of lace centered with jewels. In back of the skirt were tiers of ruffled net. She carried red roses interwoven with white net. Her fingertip veil of sheerest bridal illusion was caught to a jeweled crown. Attending the bride was Miss Elaine Gillins as maid of honor, hon-or, and junior maid of honor was the bride's sister, Miss Mary Myers. Bridesmaids were Veda Cox, Kaye Root, Judy Wilcock and Mrs. Joan Davis. The bridal party wore a variety of lavender, apricot and pink sheath dresses with white shoes and gloves and carried nosegays nose-gays of pink and white carnations. carna-tions. The bridegroom's brother, Eichard Bradshaw, performed best man duties, and the ushers ush-ers were Dick Bradshaw, Nor-niand Nor-niand Thompson, George Mayer May-er and Junior Davis. Mrs. Myers wore a silver colored col-ored dress with tight bodice and pleated skirt. Mrs. Bradshaw Brad-shaw selected a light blue floral flor-al dress, and each wore a red and white carnation corsage. Leon Jones was master of e?remonies for the program given during the evening. After a wedding trip to the northern part of the state, the couple are making their home in Milford. |
