Business was taken care of and a lesson on Pioneers was given by Rowena Winn. Two pioneer books were bought and do. nated to the Mllford Library In honor of Cora Jones and Hazel Kesler. Jean and Bob Summers from Orem were visitors at the home of their son Dave and Shauna Summers and grandchildren Jessica, Danny and Scott. Jessica Summers celebrated her birthday Friday with a party in the afternoon with a dozen little boys and girls helping her celebrate and then in the evening she had a family get together with grandparents Jean and Bob Summers, parents Dave and Shauna and great grand-paren- ts Billie and Glenn Osborne and brothers sharing ice cream and birthday cake. Joseph E. Duffy father of Joe Duffy passed away this last week. His funeral was held tn Albuquerque, New Mexico and burial was in the Gates of Heaven Cemetery. Helene and Joe spent a tew days there and met with Joe's brother Terry from and brother Albuquerque John from Chicago and also Joe's Aunt Katharine Len-k- ey from Melbourne, Florida. A memorial Mass was held in the Catholic Church on Sunday. Joe and Helene Duffy are spending this week in Kanab, Utah. They will be doing some work there. Mltzl Wadsworth celebrated her 4th birthday at home with a family on Wednesday the 27th with cake and lee cream. Les and Lena Roberts and Wayne and Kathy Roberts spent a few days in Lehi this last week visiting Audrey Goodwin. Audrey's daughter Karen Brewer was also there. Karen is a former Milford resident now living in Pocatello, Idaho. While they were there they had a birthday celebration for several members of .the family.
