Show OBITUARY LEON ROWLEY SUCCUMBS TO SURGFRY SAT. Leon D. Rowley, 61,died Saturday morning in theWil-liam theWil-liam Rieri hospital in Ely, Nevada. He underwent surgery sur-gery for a ruptured diaphram Saturday morning and suffered a blood clot which was the cause of death. Mr. Rowley had served postal customers on the Milford Mil-ford Star Route between Milford Mil-ford and Ely, Nevada for 21 years, following in the footsteps foot-steps of his mother Daisy Rowley, Milford, and her father before her. Postal customers from Ely to Milford Mil-ford will miss him, especially especial-ly those in Baker, Garrison, and Snake Valley, who depended de-pended upon him not only for mail , but freight, errands and many other things a rural mailman does for his customers. custo-mers. He is survived by his wife Edith in Ely; children; Jack, Larry, Joe, and Jay; and grandchildren Tracy and Barbara, all Ely. Mother, Daisy, Milford, father Leo D. brother Ray, both Salt Lake City and sister Chloe Frampton, also Ely. Services were held in Garrison Gar-rison Tuesday, August 12.
