Show CHARLES H. POSEY DIES IX SALT LAKE HOSPITAL Charles Henry Posey, 55, died Nov. 14 in a Salt Lake hospital of cancer. Born Sept. 10, 1915, in Popeville, Miss, to Virgil and Janie Odom Posey. He married Irene McCulley, Nov. 25, 1939 in Pioche, Nev. He was a veteran of World War II, a brakeman on the Union Pacific Railroad, a member mem-ber of the Milford American Legion; Methodist church. Survivors beside the widow are a son Edward F. "Ted" of Salt Lake City; a daughter, Mrs. Dale (Elaine) Young, of Shawnee, Kan.; 4 grandchildren; grandchild-ren; brothers, Gaydo.n, Clinton, both of Dallas Texas. Services were held Wednesday Wednes-day at 1 p.m. in the Milford Second LDS Ward Chapel. Burial Bur-ial was in the Milford Cemetery. |
