Show Harris O. Van Orden Harris O. Van Orden, Beaver druggist for many years, died at his home in Park City, Thursday Thurs-day of last week, of a heart ailment. ail-ment. He was 61 years old. During Mr. Van Orden's residence resi-dence in Beaver he was very active in both church and civic affairs. For several years he was a partner in the Beaver Mercantile Co., and owned the Beaver Drug for about 14 years. He was born Feb- 20, 1895, in ! Lewiston, to Peter E. and Ida Merrill Van Orden. He married mar-ried Ingra Olson Sept. 8, 1915, in the Salt Lake Temple. His education was obtained at the BYU and the USAC. Funeral services were held Monday in Park City, and additional addi-tional services Tuesday at Smithfield. Burial was in the Smithfield Cemetery. Survivors include his widow, of Park City; his parents, Lewis-ton; Lewis-ton; the followng children: Harris Har-ris O.; Logan; Mrs. Randall (Brenda) Sorenson, Idaho Falls; Lt. Comdr. Dale O-, with the U S Navy in Japan; Mrs- Elwin (Aileen) Arnell, Salt Lake; Ross O., Evanston, Wyo.; 12 brothers and sisters, and 16 grandchildren. |
