Show D. A. TANNER TO CELEBRATE 95th BIRTHDAY David A. Tanner, proud of being the oldest person in Beaver County, will celebrate cele-brate his 95th birthday today, to-day, Thursday, November 6th. For years the oldest man in Milford, Dave came to Milford in 1883 at 2 years of age. With the passing of Oscar Larsen, Beaver, and Susan Glenn the past year, Dave now reigns over the whole county. There will be no special observance, but friends and neighbors are welcome to stop by and visit and wish him well. Mr. Tanner has contributed contrib-uted much to the history of Milford and Beaver County, and his excellent memory and personal effects have made it possible for historians histor-ians to capture much early history of the area and record re-cord it for posterity. |
