Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, ..Salt ..Lake City, Utah, March 8, 1017 Notice is hereby given that J. O. Mcintosh, of Milford, Utah, assignee of Joseph G. Hamilton, whose post office address is Newhouse, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the compiled laws of Utah 1907 as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911 and 1915, to appropriate two and two-sevenths (2 2-7) cubic feet of water per second from Willow Creek, Beaver County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which bears south 55 degrees 41 minutes west 11.9 miles from the Bouth quarter quar-ter corner of Section 5, Township 27 South, Range 13 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of 8000 feet and there used from May 1 to September 30, inclusive of ach year, to irrigate 160 acres of unsur-veyed unsur-veyed land embraced approximately In the southwest quarter of Section 4, Township 28 South, Range 15 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 6987. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this of-ce of-ce within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
