A detailed account of the operations of this garden will be kept, and the actual ac-tual profits will be determined. An estimate will then be made of the saving that would be made In various parts of the west by families consuming con-suming the produce. The variety tests will cover a number of years. The comparative yield, quality, saleablllty, season and profitability of the different varieties varie-ties will be determined. Along with these experiments, tests to determine the comparative worth of various cultural methods being practiced by commercial growers grow-ers will be made. |
