Show BEAVER BOTTOM LAND CROPS Messrs. Patterson & Fraeser of Reed, Beaver County, Utah, make the following statements concerning their farm opera- tions on lands north of Milford. "In 1915 we had in- 160 acres of alfalfa from which we got one cutting of hay, then cut for seed, threshing out 925 bushels, 60 pounds to the bush- el which we contracted at 15 cents per pound before it was threshed. In addition to this we had 1 tons of chaff per acre. These lands, if properly cultivated will earn more clear money than any land we ever worked." "This farm land has paid for itself in the two years, 1914- 1915, kept our two families and put over $1,000 in the bank." Very truly yours . Patterson & Fraser. "P. S. We had 950 bushels of seed" in 1916." l |
