Show ILL, NOT INSANE. Word came in Monday from the Hunt ranch, located about seven miles north of town, that a crazy man was in that vicinity and should be taken care of. Marshal Baxter went out and brought the man into Milford, where an examination of his condition, condi-tion, showed that the man was ill from lack of food and was also afflicted af-flicted with St. Vitus Dance, which rendered his actions peculir. He was kept here for several days under medical care and then released. re-leased. He stated that his name was P. J. McDonald, that he had parents residing in St. Louis, and that he had left home to "go it alone," but had met with hard luck and had had a rough time of it. The young man apparently showed no traces of mental derangement, after his condition was understood. |
