Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Oilice Salt Lake City, Utah, November 9, 3 916. Notice is hereby given that A. A. Kimball, C. F. Christensen and Frank Gardener, whose post office address is Kanosh, Utah, have u.ade application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah. 1909, 1911 and j 91 5, to appropriate six (:?! cubic cub-ic feet of water per second from Pine Grove Creek, Beaver County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which bears south 2 0 degrees 30 minutes east 9477 feet, from the northwest corner of Section 7, Township Town-ship 28 south, Range 16 west, Salt., Lake base and meridian and conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of 10,230 feet and there used from March 15 to September 15, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 3 54.53 acres of land embraced in Section 6, township town-ship and range aforesaid. As much of said water as may be necessary will be used during the entire year for domestic purposes. This application appli-cation is designated in the State Engineer's En-gineer's office as No. 6912. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied bv a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office of-fice within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
