Show TOWNSPEOPLE On Friday evening, October 5, the high school gymnasium was the scene of much joy and conviviality, the oc casion being the reception tendered the people of Milford by the two schools. Dancing was the main feature, feat-ure, although the delicious punch took an important part in making the event a complete success. The hall was artistically decorated with autumn leaves and college pennants, pen-nants, one corner being utilized for a booth from which the punch was served. The decorating was under the supervision of the ladies of the faculties, which accounts for the beauty thereof. About one hundred couples tripped the light fantastic from nine until twelve and were unanimous in declaring de-claring the high school the best place in the world to dance. |
