We are especially grateful to Scott MacDonald of Circle Four for his assistance in securing the printing and binding of the book and to Circle Four for the use of their computers. The final event of the year was held December 3, as the Milford Memorial Handbell Choir and other talented members of the community presented an outstanding program of Christmas music. The audience expressed their appreciation for this wonderful evening of entertainment by giving the group a standing ovation. We are blessed to have such talented people in our community who are w illing to give of their time and talent in presenting such programs as this. We are sorry that we were unable to complete the town history book but it is still an ongoing project we hope to have ready for sale next year. Wc have copied the newspaper from 1916 to 1983 and part of the 1990's. We are still in need of some information for the years 1983 - 89. If anyone has any of these newspapers we would appreciate you sharing them with us. We haven't had any offers of old pictures that we need to put in the book. Pictures can tell history more than word sometimes so please share your old time pictures with us. We will have them later copied and get them back to you. We would like to include the histories of all churches and civic organizations in the book so those who have these records please give us a copy. If w e all work together we can put out a good history of our little town.
