Dear Editor Smith, The freedom fought for and granted to the press in America has, for more than two hundred years, been the only true guardian of liberty. Democracy and all it stands for is only guaranteed when the function of a free enterprise society can be examined and discussed in the nation's newspapers. Some residents of Beaver County may wish for you to believe that we don't want an open and honest government. But, believe me, most folks around here do stand for freedom of the press. Keep up the good work! I admire you for it. 1st Sam Cox Beaver jail on charges of Driving Under the Influence of AlcohoL 438-508- 8. Help Is Just Around The Corner. $L 438-508- g OPTOMETRIST AlUck.
