He has served as first counselor to J. Leo Stoker in the ward bishopric for the past seven and a half years. His counselors are J. Maynard Summers and Clyde Anderson. John Eberhard was named ward clerk and Max Anderson as assistant clerk. Under the direction of former Bishop, J. Leo Stokes and his counselors, the Bothwell ward constructed their beautiful new chapel, which will remain a monument to them and the people of the ward for many years to come. Bishop Stokes's second counselor was Rosco Anderson and the ward clerk was Leland Anderson. These four men worked together for the entire 7't years.
