Dr. Binns maintained that it was almost impossible to keep this disease out of the herd where the cows are kept in mud: dy, dirty yards where their udders and teats become covered with manure each day. Schneider of the local Army Recruiting Office announced today that the aviation cadet training program has been reopened to qualified regular A. A.
