Miss Bemice Iversen is suffering with infection in her right arm caused from a burn. At this writing it, is much improved. Quite a number of relatives and friends attended the two funeral services which were held in Tremonton Sunday, one at eleven o'clock and the other one at Two o'clock. The sympathy of the entire community is extended to the families as both were formerly residents of this city. Frank Griffin of Ogden was a visitor at the home of Wm. J. They were assisted by their sisters Una Hunsaker and Doretha Andreasen, those who enjoyed the party were Adell Romer, Junior Fridal, Deloy Andreasen, Morris Thompsen, Moyle Hunsaker, Sila Andreasen, Blanche and Sisa Sakato, Verma Petersen, Phillis Alice Petersen, Carry and Ellen Hansen, Ada Bronsen, Adell Christensen, Helen Thompsen, Ara Andersen, Shirley Nielsen, Barbara Christensen and Ada Hansen. Elwood was well represented at the County Fair, and more than 50 prizes were captured, nearly every department was represented and almost every family from here attended the Fair and Rodeo from one to 3 days, although the weather was rather disagreeable, that, however, gave the women's work a closer inspection, as well as the other indoor articles.
