WHY I LIKE HYGIENE I like hygiene because it teaches me how to take care of my body. We have eight laws of health. They are: 1. The body must have a proper supply of food. 2. It must have an abundance of fresh air. 3. It must get rid of its poisonous wastes. 4. It must be sheltered from the weather so that it will not be too hojj or too coia. 6. It must have exercise, rest, and Over-eatin- sleep. 6. 7. It must be kept free from pain. The mind must be cheerful and SPECIAL WINTER 15-POI- NT TUNE UP -- 1.
