Bernice Notes High Bjorn and Grace Sargent, two very popular junior girls, are up for the office of vice president of the student body. Fred Somer, a consistent honor roll student and F. F. A. leader, is running against Evan Green, the athlete, who won the cross country run, for the office of secretary and treasurer. With such candidates it is a real problem to decide who to vote for Friday. No matter who is elected, we are assured of an exceptionally fine group of student body officers for the coming year. The election will take place on Friday, during the assembly period. In the afternoon, after the votes are counted, a special assembly will be called, and the successful candidates will be called upon for speeches. After the assembly, there will be a matinee dance in the gymnasium. If you happen to be passing the high school on Monday, at 12:20, and you see the entire student body out on the lawn, gazing up at the sky, do not be alarmed. We will just be watchH.
