MRS. d W I Chief Justice Hunter of this Territory on the 31st of October his decision in the case of the People vs George Q. Cannon the Mormon delegate to Congress. The suit was to set aside the naturalization papers of Camion on the grounds that they were false and fraudulent. The defendant demurred to the complaint on the grounds that the papers could not be set aside if they were not genuine records of the court. The Court made the following order: ren-dere- d L , ?
