FORK RETAIL THEFT - A 39-year-old woman was arrested for retail theft after she attempted to take clothing items from a local business. busi-ness. DISORDERLY CONDUCT - A 21-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct. The man was in the parking lot of a local business and he walked up to the vehicle of an acquaintance of his and pulled his pants down, exposing ex-posing his buttocks. A citizen that was in the parking lot observed the incident and was offended. ASSAULT -A 32-year-old woman was arrested for assault. The woman and her boyfriend got into an argument. The woman wom-an grabbed the man by his hair and hit him in the face. RETAIL THEFT - A 26-year-old man and a 25-year-old man were arrested for retail theft after they attempted to take an X-Box from a local business. ASSAULT - A 57-year-old man was arrested for assault domestic domes-tic violence in the presence of a child. The man got into an argument argu-ment with his daughter-in-law and hit her in the head. RETAIL THEFTCONTRIBUTING THEFTCONTRIBUT-ING A 21-year-old man was arrested for retail theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The man took his girlfriend's girl-friend's 13-year-old brother to a local business where he took two energy drinks from a refrigerator and they drank the drinks without paying for them. RETAIL THEFT - A 19 year-old year-old man was arrested for retail theft after he attempted to take a bottle of vitamins from a locale business. THEFT A 26-year-old woman was arrested for theft after she took a cell phone from her brother-in-law. DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, ETC. - A 32-year-old man and a 19-year-old man were arrested for domestic violence criminal trespass and domestic violence criminal mischief. The men entered en-tered their sister-in-law's locked bedroom in an attempt to retrieve a cell phone that was stolen from one of the men. After, making forcible entry into the bedroom, the men damaged several personal per-sonal items belonging to the sister-in-law. RETAIL THEFT - A 41 -year-old woman was arrested for retail theft after she attempted to take several food items from a local business. ASSAULT - An 18-year-old man was arrested for assault domestic do-mestic violence in the presence of a child. The man got into an argument with his x-girlfriend, whom he has a child with. During the argument the man spit in the woman's face. This occurred in front of a child. UNATTENDED CHILDREN - A 27-year-old woman was arrested ar-rested for leaving her 4-year-old and 1-year-old unattended in a vehicle at local business. ASSAULT -A 19-year-old woman was arrested for assault domestic violence. The woman and her adult brother got into an argument over rent. The woman pushed hei brother and then threw several items at him. UNATTENDED CHILDREN - A 28-year-old woman was arrested ar-rested for leaving her children unattended in a vehicle at a local business. The two children were under the age of five. BURGLARY ARREST - A 28-year-old man was arrested for burglary, forgery and theft. The man entered a residence and took a laptop computer and several sev-eral checks that he then forged and cashed. A 27-year-old man, who had been with the suspect when he cashed the checks, was arrested for possession of a prescription pre-scription with out a prescription. RETAIL THEFT - A 20-year-old woman was arrested for retail theft after she attempted to take several cosmetic items from a local lo-cal business. CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE PROBLEM - A 24-year-old man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia in a drug free zone.The man had entered a local convenience store. The clerks observed the man take two straws and then go into the bathroom. The clerk then entered the bathroom and heard "sniffing." "sniff-ing." He contacted police who made contact with the man who was in possession of drug paraphernalia. para-phernalia. DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE INFLU-ENCE A 45-year-old man was arrested for DUI after he was stopped for a traffic violation. DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, ETC. A 31-year-old woman was arrested for domestic violence criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. The woman got into an argument with her adult sister. She took several music CD's and a computer printer that belonged to her sister and broke them. RETAIL THEFT - A 19-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy were arrested for retail theft after they attempted to take several food items from a local business. ALCOHOL OFFENSE - A 30-year-old man was arrested for intoxication. The man went to a local business that was closed and continually knocked on the front door, alarming the employees employ-ees inside. The man was under the influence of alcohol. DUI A 33-year-old woman was arrested for DUI and resisting arrest. The woman almost hit a parked vehicle and then parked in the middle of the parking lot. The woman exited the vehicle and entered a local business. The citizen citi-zen that observed her almost hit the parked car, entered the same business and smelled an odor of alcohol on the female. When officers attempted to place the woman under arrest for DUI she resisted and tried to pull away from them. ROBBERY - A 24-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman were arrested for robbery and kidnapping. The man was upset because the victim stole drugs from him and he wanted the drugs back. The man and woman observed the victim in the parking park-ing lot of a local business and attempted to force the victim into their car. The couple then demanded de-manded the drugs back and took money from the victim against his will. ALCOHOL OFFENESE - A 37-year-old man was arrested for intoxication. The man was observed ob-served walking down the street, falling into a fence. CHILD RECKLESS ENDAN-GERMENT ENDAN-GERMENT - A 29-year-old woman and a 25-year-old man were arrested for child reckless endangerment and intoxication. The man and woman were walking walk-ing down the street pushing their four-month-old child in a stroller. The woman fell to the ground several times and then got back up. The couple then began to fight over the stroller and the man pushed the stroller toward the roadway. The man and woman were under the influence of prescription pre-scription drugs and were harm to themselves and their child. DISORDERLY CONDUCT - A 47-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct. The man went to the hospital in an attempt to see his mother, who was in ICU. The man began pounding on the doors to ICU demanding to gain entry. Once he was allowed inside the ICU Unit, he continued to yell and scream causing alarm to the other patients. DUI A 50-year-old woman was arrested for DUI after being stopped for a traffic violation. TELEPHONE HARASSMENT A 25-year-old man was arrested arrest-ed for telephone harassment. The man sent several text messages to a woman acquaintance of his threatening to physically harm. RESISTING ARREST - A 43-year-old man was arrested for resisting arrest and attempting to disarm a police officer. The man was in custody and was in court to be arraigned. The man was being be-ing disruptive in the court room and so officers attempted to take him into a holding cell. When the officers approached him he assaulted as-saulted them and attempted to bite them. While trying to further detain the man, he grabbed one of the officer's sidearm in an attempt at-tempt to disarm him. CEDAR HILLS DUI - A 31 -year-old woman was arrested for DUI. VEHICLE BURGLARY - Officers Of-ficers responded to a report of a vehicle burglary. THEFT License plates were reported stolen from a vehicle. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - Officers Of-ficers responded to a report of criminal mischief. The windshield and rear window of a vehicle had been broken out. ILLEGAL CONSUMPTION After a deputy initiated a traffic stop, he smelled alcohol in the vehicle. An underage passenger was cited for illegal consumption of alcohol and having an open container in the vehicle. The driver was cited for revoked car registration, no insurance and allowing an open container of alcohol in the vehicle. DUI A citizen stopped alongside along-side a parked patrol vehicle and told the deputy about a vehicle he had observed driving erratically on SR73 on March 22. The deputy stopped the suspect vehicle after he saw it crossing the centerline and swerving several times. The driver was arrested and booked into the Utah County Jail for DUI after failing field sobriety tests. An underage passenger was cited for illegal consumption and open container. FAIRFIELD MEDICAL ASSIST - An officer responded to an off-road vehicle accident in the Manning Canyon area. Both the driver and passenger passen-ger were injured in the accident. The two victims were transported to the hospital by ambulance. LEHI JUVENILE PROBLEM - Five juveniles were cited into Juvenile Court on March 1 5 for curfew violation. vio-lation. CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE PROBLEM - Two juveniles were cited with possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia on March 10. TRAFFIC OFFENSE - On March 10, a vehicle was stopped for having no plates. The driver was found to have a suspended driver's licence. A small child was in the vehicle and not restrained. TRAFFIC OFFENSE - A man was booked into the Utah County jail on March 10 on warrants, possession of heroin in a drug-free-zone, and possession of paraphernalia on a drug-free-zone following a traffic stop. A woman was booked into jail on a warrant and cited with no proof of insurance. ALCOHOL OFFENSE - Six juveniles were cited with illegal consumption by a minor on March 11. One man was cited with contributing to the delinquency delin-quency of a minor. DUI An individual was cited for DUI, expired registration and no insurance on March 11. The vehicle was impounded. JUVENILE PROBLEM - On March 12, a juvenile boy was cited into Juvenile Court for possession of alcohol on school grounds. The vehicle was listed on NCIC. An all points alert was broadcast. CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE-PROBLEM SUBSTANCE-PROBLEM - While patrolling on March 19, officers stopped a vehicle for a moving violation. The driver had a suspended driver's license and a valid warrant war-rant of no insurance $500 cash only. He was arrested and the vehicle ve-hicle searched incident to arrest. A small black leather bag was underneath the center console. Inside the bag was a digital scale and approximately two grams of Methamphetamine. The bag was located in a sport only accessible to someone who owned or drove the vehicle frequently. The driver is being charged with possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia with suspended driving. DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE INFLU-ENCE A traffic stop was made on a vehicle for no insurance on March 17. The driver had an understanding un-derstanding warrant for his arrest and was driving under the influence influ-ence of drugs. Marijuana was located in the vehicle. The driver was booked into the Utah County jail and the passenger was cited and released. RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY On March 21, officers responded re-sponded to a delayed burglary at an apartment in Pleasant Grove. SARATOGA SPRINGS DEATH INVESTIGATION Officers responded to a home where a man in his 60s was found unconscious and unresponsive by his wife. The wife had become be-come concerned while at work because her husband had not answered her calls to the home. The man was declared dead by medical responders.
