Heart Attack Claims b ' Local Woman Elizabeth Ellen Steggell Proctor, Proc-tor, 63, of American Pork, ' died Wednesday morning, March 27, at her home following a heart attack. ... , She was born Nov. 18, 1899, In American Fork a daughter of Jonathan and Mary Clements Steggell. She married James G. Proctor, March 21, 1927, in Salt Lake City. He died in 1953. Mrs. Proctor was a member of he LDS Church. Surviving are a son, Wayne S.
