The affair af-fair was held in the Ore'm Re ception Center Friday evening, June 17. Mr. Nelson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Nelson of Las Vegas, Ve-gas, Nevada, and his bride, daughter Of Mr. and Mrs. Ray-nor Ray-nor E. Larsen of this city, pledgt'd nuptial vows in a cer emony at which President Henry Hen-ry Cooper, uncle of the bride, officiated. The. bride descending the stairs of the clerostory balcony took the the arm of her brother broth-er Douglas E. Larsen, who gave her in marriage. Immediately preceding the ceremony Jack Larsen sang "And This Is My Beloved." " The couple stood before a background archway blanketed with pink and white carnations and gladioli during the recep-d tlon which followed hosted by the parents of the bride. Baskets Bas-kets of flowers further decorated decor-ated the beautiful hall. An exquisite qown of silk organza or-ganza and imported chantllly lace complimented the blonde beauty of the bride. Sweeping to a chapel train the gown was fashioned along ' princess lines. The molded bodice featured a yoke with sabrlna neckline and short sleeves of lace which was repeated in medallions on the skirt which was caught up in a carriage back. Her silk illus-ioned illus-ioned veil was held by an organza or-ganza cap detailed with a jeweled jew-eled hand run lace brim. She carried a cascading bouquet of white orchid and stephanotls. The bride's attendante were her sisters, Mrs. H. B. Worthen of Minneapolis, Mlnn Mrs. John E. Meyers of Albany, Georgia, Geor-gia, Charlotte - Larsen and Jeanne Larsen, and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Douglas Larsen. Jane Cole, cousin of the bridegroom, was junior bridesmaid.. Their gowns were Identical fitted sheaths topped with saphlre blue silk; organza over-skirts over-skirts nipped at the waistline by gathered cumerbunds. They wore matching' shoes and wide brimmed . hats and carried silver sil-ver cylindrical bouquets of pink carnations. Andrew Nelson Jr., brother of the groom, was best man. Ushering were Bill Tinney, Dennis Ecker and James Nelson, Nel-son, the latter a brother of the groom. ' Mrs. Larsen's gown was a silk chiffon sheath of saphlre blue and pink accessories. Mrs. Nelson's gown was of beige chiffon with blue accessories. Their corsages were white orchids. as the guests arrived they were greeted by Mary- Pulley, aunt of the bride. R. Shelton and Mrs. Priscilla Murdock, aunts of the bride, in charge of the gifts carried by Kim Meyers and Lynann Pulley, Claudia, Cynthia Cyn-thia Ruth, Carla Vaughn and Sheila Hansen served the re freshments. The couple is honeymooning at Lake Tahoe, San Francisco, Southern California and Las Vegas before returning to Logan Lo-gan to make their home.
