The annual Junior Prom will be held Friday, at 8:30 pm. In the high schol gym. The junior class Is busy with preparations. "In the Still of the Night" has been chosen as the theme, according to co-chairmen Claudia Clau-dia Bush and Burdell Smith. Decorations will be In three lovely shades of blue with just a touch of copper. Bud Huteh- lngs Orchestra will provide the music for the dancers. The Promenade, under the direction of Joan Christensen and Gerald Llewelyn, Is being rehearsed. Over twenty couples will perform this dance during the evening. Advisors are Mr. Devitt, Mrs. Wadley and Mrs. Whitwood. - Films to be shown at Alpine P-TA A film entitled "Pertinent Education of Today" on methods of teaching, will, be shown at the Alpine P-TA meeting to be held tonight (Thursday, April 7) at 7 p.m. Following the meeting, a bake sale will be held to raise funds for the school bike stand. Anyone Any-one wishing to contribute baked goods to this sale may do so.
