The largest was Great Central Market where Glen Schmidt and sons sold half interest to Jeis Allen of Tooele, Utah. Max and Gerald Schmidt will continue to. operate the firm which will be under the management of Max Schmidt. . The second of the changes was the sale of Eddy's Shoe store and repair shop by Eddy Smith to Stanley Hadlock. who took over as of January 1. 1959. Both Mr. Smith and Mr. Hadlock will continue in "serving the public, it is reported. The third change was that of Saunders Hardware store which will be taken over and. managed by Sally Saunders Trench;- daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clen Saunders....Mr. and Mrs-Samidl ers will continue to reside here but will retire, from the business ownership, it is"announced.
