Show c obituaries Wendell B. Terry Wendell Bradford Terry, 64, died Thursday, Thur-sday, Nov. 26, 1987, in American Fork. He was born May 14, 1923, in Arco, Idaho, to Oscar and Jane Bradford Brad-ford Terry. He married Beverly Dodge Jan. 14, 1944 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He has filled 64 years with irreplaceable memories. Wendell loved the game of life. To him it was a constant provider of delight and adventure. He anticipated an-ticipated each day's possibilities with excitement ex-citement and curiosity. He faced life's challenges with a sense of humor, cherishing each new experience. People were one of his favorite pasttimes. At the time of his death, he was bishop of the American Fork 3rd Ward. He was always able to see the positive side of everyone he met. Each individual had something to offer and a lesson to teach. He cultivated warm and loving relationships with his wife and their four children, Marcia Peterson, Mike Terry, Susan Moran and Chris Durfey. Wendell's love touched many lives. He will be greatly missed. Funeral services were held Monday, Nov. 30, in the American Fork West Stake Center under the direction of President Brent L. Milne. Larry W. Searle conducted. Reed H. Bradford offered the family prayer. Prelude and postlude were played by Lydia Kirkpatrick. Kent Peterson, Jr., gave the invocation. Speakers included JeriLyn Peterson, Susan Moran, Christine Durfey, Marcia Peterson, Bishop Michael B. Terry and President Brent L. Milne. Musical numbers included "As I Have Loved You" and "Love is Spoken Here," by Scott, Traci, Betsy and David Tolton, accompanied ac-companied by Patricia Tolton; and "His Image In Your Countance," by Brent Whitlock, accompanied ac-companied by Al Huish. The congregation sang "Love at Home" as the closing song, with Wilma Tracy as chorister. David T. Durfey offered of-fered the benediction, and Richard C. Tolton dedicated the grave in the American Fork City Cemetery. Pallbearers included Kent Peterson, Jr., Jason Terry, Matt Terry, David Peterson, Ken Lindsay, John Moran and Terry Lindsay. Honorary pallbearers were John Denlinger, Terry Fox, Larry Pate, Marvin Allen, Jacklin Tracy, Robert Baker, David Dean, Royce Shelley, Lynn Hutchings, Craig Dean, Stan Dahl, T.J. Humphries, William Roberts, Ben Bracken and members of the Bobwhite Patrol. Naomia Funk Edwards Naomia Funk Edwards, Ed-wards, 84, died Nov. 30, 1987, in American Fork. She was born Oct. 6, 1903, in Sunnyside, Utah, too George Byron and Mary Olsen Funk. She married Homer J. Edwards on March 27, 1922, in Manti. The marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. She received her education in Ferron, Utah. Following her marriage, she and her husband made their home in Gunnison, and later moved to Moore, Utah. She moved to Orem 23 years ago and had recently moved to American Fork. She was an active manager of the LDS church in the Orem 74th Ward, and was involved in the Relief Soceity for most of her life. She was an active temple worker in the Provo Temple, and her interests included in-cluded embroidery, crocheting and needlework. She is survived by her husband of American Fork; three sons and two daughters: Clyde C. Edwards, Orem; H. LeRoy Edwards, Los Alamos, N.M.; Ralph E. Edwards, American Fork; Mrs. Lee R. (Afton) Pettey, Milford, Utah; Joyce Lay, Ogden; 13 grand children; 10 grandchildren; brothers and great four three sisters: Foster Funk, Blythe, Calif. ; Lynn Funk, Fairbanks, Alaska; Clyne Funk, Eugene, Ore; Don Funk, Folsom, Calif.; Vera Uteg, Santa Ana, Calif.; La Verne Wall, Taylorsville; and Mrs. Orion (Janielle) Mor-tensen, Mor-tensen, Ferron. She was preceded in death by a son, Clark Edwards, and three brothers. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Orem 74th Ward LDS Chapel, 85 E. 700 North, Orem. Friends may call at the ward chapel on Thursday Thur-sday one hour prior to services. Interment will be in the Ferron Cemetery. Rosena Wright Rosena LaRene Yvonnne Wright, two months, died at her home Nov. 30, 1987. She was born on Sept. 18, 1987 in American Fork to Preston D. and Teri Ann Honseler Wright. Her parents are members of the LDS Church living in the Pleasant Grove Second Ward. She is survived by her parents of Pleasant Grove; a sister and three brothers: Karlie Jo, Brandon, Eric, Troy, all of Pleasant Grove; grandparents: Mr. and Mrs. Norman E. Wright, Pleasant Grove; Joe Ann Harding, Har-ding, Spanish Fork; Richard Honseler, Calif. ; great grandparents: grand-parents: Mr. and Mrs. Leo E. Bevan, Tooele; Cleo D. Wright, Salt Lake City; Lellie Ramskill, Spanish Fork; Mr. and Mrs. Hans Honseler, Calif. Graveside services will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery, under the direction of Olpin Family Mortuary of Pleasant Grove. Friends please meet at the cemetery.
