Carmack has been studying piano since she was 7 years old. In July of 2004, she won the Wasatch County division of the Utah State Farm Bureau Talent Find competition. She ls currently studying under the direct ion of Irene Feery-hox She also plays the flute. Pianist Lucy Anne Williams will perform "Concerto in D minor" by J.S Bach. Williams has won first place in the Lncore Solo Competition and honors hon-ors in the Lncore Concerto Competition. Competi-tion. She was chosen to sing with the Kodaly National Youth Choir which performed in the Ltavies Symphony Hall in San Francisco, Calif. She performed as a soloist for the Brigharn Young University School of Education faculty and won first place in her division at the Utah State Fair last August. Slie also performed in the Salt Lake City Assembly Mall last October. Her teacher is Irene Peery-Fox. Violist Bryan Lew will perform "Bracsaverseny, Movement I," by lavid. He has studied viola for nearly 1 1 years and is currently the principal violist in the Mt. Timpanogos Chamber ( Jrcbestra, having served in this position posi-tion for three years. Me has performed with the Utah Symphony twice and received various scholarships from numerous orchestra camps in Utah and California. He has received superior ratings in .solo and envrmble compel itioas and has bee i teaching private violin and viola lessoas for two years. He studies with Claudine Bigelow. Pianist Karlie Ann Rhodes will perform "Saint-Saens's Second Concerto." Con-certo." She has studied piano for 1 1 years. She has placed in or won numerous nu-merous Fncore competitions and has been a finalist with the Utah Valley Symphony. She loves singing and is currently studying voice with Joann Ottley.
