Thorne was returning from the can slug factory at Orem he had the misfortune mis-fortune to be run Into on the Llndon Hill, by a man from Provo who wa coming up the hilt on the wrong side of the. road. Mr. Thorne could not behind him. The Thorne car was al noet stopped when the car from Provo ran into the front of it bending one of the fenders, breaking one of the lights and causing some minor damages. The Provo car was also slightly damaged. Both men were unhurt. Night Watchman Meets With Accident S. L. Dial. nUht watchman, met with a painful accident Saturday afternoon. .He was hauling a load of coal and In some way, the snow being so deep, the wagon lurched forward in such a way that It threw Mr. Dial off wrenching his back and hruUins his shoulder and hip. The Pantages at which it Is now showing regard "Broken Laws" as the " greatest picture of the year. . --A, New Names For Lindon Wards Hereafter the ward In Alpine Stake formerly known as Llndon Second ard win be known as Windsor ward. This change was recommended to those present at the meeting last Sunday Sun-day evening and unanimously adopted. The ward has been named after the bounty in which the Prophet Joseph Smith was born. Clark at a real surprise party in honor of their president, presi-dent, Mrs. Ljiella E. Thorne.
