Their car was parked under the lrght in front of the building. When the family was reaqjr to go home the car was missing. The marshal and night watchman looked everywhere for the missing car and continued the search till noon Saturday when it was found in a lane west of the city. The thief had taken the top, extra tire, cushions and other removable fixtures and left parts of an old car scattered about. At the present time there is no clue to the mystery. The car was Insured against theft and the machine will probably . be put in good condition by . the insur ance company. There seems to be a great deal of such cases. The guilty parties when apprehended, should be riven the full extent of the law. It Is regretable that the property of citizens citi-zens Is not safe In such public places.
