Judging Of Contest The State Executive Committee, at the conclusion of the campaign, will Immediately commenc to iodea each town and precinct in the state to de termine during the month or July, the town receiving the highest score in Class "A", "B", -C" etc. ' The rules of the contest are not yet complete," but they will be based upon certain requirements of home ami town appearance, cleanliness, sanitation, home and town beautlfl- catlon, including trees, flowers and shrubs.
