Feather-stone Feather-stone & Sons have been putting In the cement iloor, which extends nbout one-third of the length of the build-lug build-lug bmk from the stage. The floors io tho toilets nnd operating room arc also made or cement. Tho operating room will bo lined with metal lath and then plastered with cemont, both walls and celling, so as to make It absolutely fireproof. Another thing that will make tho building fireproof It that them will not bo nny stovo or furnace In or about tho building, all the heat being conducted through steam pipes from nnothcr building. Tho plumbing Is nlso ncnrly completed com-pleted and is being done by Morgan ,v, I.ott. It Is being done Under tho direction of the state sanitary Inspector Inspec-tor and hns been satisfactorily passed upon. The art ntctnl celling has been painted a bonuttfu1 tnn, cream mid gold, giving It u most pleasing effect. The old upstairs Jolre, whloh were left for this purpose, have been removed re-moved There will be two big three-foot columns extending from tho stage .cvel to the colling. They will bo mndn of hard wall and Kecno cement, ftUIng them tho appearance of mnr-hle mnr-hle Work on tho stage will lie commenced com-menced next wcelt.
