Add orange juice. Cook about 5 minutes or until thick, stirring constantly. Remove front heat, stir in pumpkin. Cool. BEAT egg whites until they form soft proks; gradually add the remaining tit cup Beet Sugar; beat until t:lT. Fold into cooled pumpkin mix. Lastly fold in whipped cream, reserving about la cup of the cream for garnish. TURN into pie shell. Chill in rch igcrr.tor. Garnish with sweetened whipped cream and pecan halves.
