Barnhurst of St. George. Susan Jean, infant daugn-ter of the Mel Barnhursts, was given a name and a blessing by her grandfather Mr. M. H. Barnhurst in Sacrament mealing Sunday. Visiting the 0. B. Hunting-tons a few days this week are Dorothy and Rebecca Huntington of Thompson, Utah. Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Evans were in Cedar City Friday on, business. The Genealogy Society gave a lovely program Sunday. Liona Johnson of Spring City, and Leland Riggs who has been living in Cedar City and attending college the pasi year, are here and ready to teach school beginning Wednesday morning. Mrs. Mary Henrio of Panguitch visltea the new teachers Monday. Wynn Turek arid Boya Huntington who have been working at Bryce Canyon, are home so they can attend school. Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Evans and son and Lorena Evans of Fredonia, Arizona visited Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Bob Evans. The Max Burrows tanuly visited "several days in Sprlng-ville last week. Miss Reva Burrows of Cedar City visited here over the weekend. The David Sawyers spent Saturday in Kanab on business; they also visited the A. D. Findlays. Miss llcnc Riggs who ha3 been attending business col-lego at Salt Lake is visiting her parents, the Orlas Riggs'; other visitors aro the John Riggs and Earl Riggs families from Layton. Visiting at the Eric Barnhurst home Sunday and Monday were the John Wilcocks ot Milford; Monday visitors were the Gary' Presbreys of St. George. Karl Lowder made a business trip to Cedar City Saturday. The Wallace Heaps of Cedar-City visited here over the weekend. |
