Show FUNERAL SERVICES FOR KARNA NEELSON Funeral services were held at the ! North Ward Chapel Thursday noon : for Mrs. Kama Neilson, age 8 6 years, who died at the home of her j daughter, Mrs. A. E. Peterson Mon- ! day night. Bishop H. C. Jacobs was 1 in charge of the services. The choir sang " Sister Thou Was Mild and j "Lovely" and " Rock of Ages," "Rest- jlng Now From Care and Sorrow" and "'"Beautiful Isle From Somewhere.") The openij prayer was offered by j i Daniel Rasmussen and the closing' ; prayer by President A. Merz. The ' speakers were Wm Olson, and Pres. j C. N. Lund. The grave at the City Cemetery was dedicated by William Olson. Deceased was born in Sweden 86 years ago and came to Mt. Pleasant with her husband, the late Neils Neil- i sen and four children in 1863. They 1 end'Ured all pioneer hardships help- ing in the upbuilding of the community com-munity and took an active interest in civic and religious affairs of early days. Mrs. Neilson sustained a ! broksen leg five months ago since ! which time she has been bedridden. : ;;he was the mother of eight children seven of whom survive her, as follows, fol-lows, Hans Neilsen, Mrs. N.
