We would fight today If any foreign or domestic force should attempt to deprive us of the ballot. Yet, in the last presidential election only 49 per cent of eligible citizens voted and In many primary elections less than 2 per cent cast their ballots. This Indifference to one of our fundamental civic duties Is a menace to representative government. Those who deliberately disfranchise themselves are unworthy of citizenship.
