First of all I wish to congratulate the pastor and people of Eureka for the tribute they have paid to the Sisters by securing for them this comfortable home which will enable them the better to continue the good work they have been doing under so many inconveniences. The names of Sister Maud and Bister Can ice are still fresh in the memory of the people of Eureka and the erection of this new home is a tribute to them as well as to those who are now laboring here for God and souls. It is hardly too much to say that the Sisters have kept the Faith in the people of this section. Sister M. Bertllde, Superior of St. Mary's Academy, Salt Lake City; Sister M. Phlomen, Superior of St. Anns Orphanage, Salt Lake; and Sister M. Virginia, Superior of the Holy Cross Hospital, Salt Lake, were also present at the ceremony. At five oclock dinner was served to Bishop Glass and the visiting clergy at which Rev. D. J. Lagan very ably assisted as toast master, eliciting by his clever and encouraging introductions no less than sixteen speeches in which many complimentary remarks were made concerning the work of the pastor and Sisters in Eureka. o NASH AUTOMOBILE MAKES RECORD RUN TO EUREKA Funeral Of Mrs. Lyen Conducted On Tuesday At Provo on Tuesday funeral services were conducted over the remains of lira.
