appointing a receiver to collect col-lect and preserve the rents of certain premises hereinafter described and to have said premises sold and the proceeds applied in payment of amount due on two certain promissory notes with costs oi suit and attorneys fees said notes executed exe-cuted by defendants DeLong to Nis C Christiansen May 9 1891 one for 1000 the other fc 1100 both with interest from date a per cent per annum and being due wholly unpaid save interest in-terest on f to May 9 1893 said notes oelng secured by a mortgage of even date on said above mentioned premises said notes and mortgage having been duly assigned as-signed to plaintiff which is now the owner thereof and for such other relief as maybe may-be equitable Said premises are described as follows towit Commencing at a point 5 rods west of southeast corner of lot 2 block 3 plat B Salt Lake City survey running thence north 8 rods thence east J5 feet thence south 8 rods thence west 15 feet to beginning situate in Salt Lake city and county Utah the following portion por-tion of said land having been released from operation of said mortgage Commencing Com-mencing 5 rods west and S rods north of southeast corner of said lot 2 running thence sOuth 19 feet thence east 45 feet thence north 19 feet thence west 45 feet beginning And you are hereby notified that tt you fall to appear and answer the said complaint
