MAJOR FEATURE of the water system improvement, will be the construction of a new 2,000,000 gallon storage tank, on the bench-landirectly south of Seventh St., which will clear up the water pressure problem in that area and add a major facility to water storage for the entire city. The other major improvement contemplated is installation of new mains throughout various parts of the city, in 16, 12, 10 and eight inch sizes to adequately distribute water to all areas of the city. TOOELE CITY will be divided into three zones, each of which will be fed from a storage tank in that particular locality, and automatic controls, to regulate pressure throughout the whole system will be a part of the new improvement. Also automatic controls will be installed to measure the water level in the storage tanks and to turn the well pumps on and off depending on the need for supply. At present the pumps are turned on and off manually. In a preliminary hearing held Thursday, July 28, before Judge M.
