Active as a member of the Green River Second Ward LDS Church, he had served as MIA superintendent, Sunday School sigwrlntendent and counselor; Councelor of the Green River Second Ward Bishopric seven years and as a high priest. A Scoutmaster for several years, he also had served on the Jim Brldger executive Council. He was a veteran of the Army, having served In World War H in Burma and India, and received the Purple Heart. A resident of Green River 24 years, he had been employed fay Mountain Fuel 30 years. Surviving are his wife, Pauline, Green River; two sons, Paul, Provo, Utah, and Brent, Green River; two daughters, Donna Rae and Doreen Grace Wilde, both of Green River; one brother, Leonard Uackson, Salt Lake City; five uy commune m unog 4 lishers.
