Show KATHERINE SINGLETON BURIED IN GREENVILLE Funeral services were cor ducted at noon Thursday, Jan uary 13, from the .Milford Wan L D S Chapel for Mrs. Kath er.ne Richards Singleton, 70 Milford resident for 35 years 1 who died Monday at 1:15 p.m. ai the home of a daughter, Mrs. Leo M. McVay, 532 Wall st., Salt Lake City, of causes incident to age. She was born October 6th 1879. in Greenville, a daughter of William and Elizabeth Wil-iams Wil-iams Richards. She was married to Charles R. Singleton in Para-gona, Para-gona, Iron County. He died in 1928. The funeral services follow: Prayer, George C. Goodwin, bishop of the Milford L D S , ward. Solo, "Abide With Me," Dan Ferguson, accompanied by Miss Stott. Obituary, Carlyle Gronning. Solo, J. M. Hughes, accompanied accompa-nied by Mrs. E. L. Smith. Remarks, Ira M. Fisher. Solo, Gael Elmer, accompanied by Mrs. Harold Edwards. Closing prayer, Clarence E. Tuttle. Graveside .prayer, Bishop Goodwin. A member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Mrs. Singleton was a member of the Relief Society and was a resident of Milford for 35 years. She had resided in Salt Lake City for the past two months. Mrs. Singleton is survived by three daughters, Mrs. John Welch, Caliente, Nev., Mrs. McVay, Mc-Vay, Salt Lake City, and Mrs. V. A. Steinfels, Milford; two sons, Eugene Singleton, Pioche, Nev., and William Singleton, Yermo, Calif., a sister, Mrs. William Wil-liam Edwards, Paragonah, Iron County, a half sister, Mrs. Eb. Tanner, Milford; two half brothers, Dave Edwards, Paragonah, Para-gonah, and Eddie Edwards, Calif.; 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Burial was in the Greenville Green-ville cemetery, i |
