WOneim When you have 400,000 kids, working together is imperative. Utah has more than 400,000 young people in public schools. John Covey is asking you to help him help those kids. He wants a seat on the State Board of Education. Thats the board that sets the course for educating those 400,000 boys and girls. Today, public schools are a center of controversy. There are many opinions on how schools should be run. The situation calls for school board members who are people of vision. Communicators. Leaders. John Covey is all of those. With ten children, he has to be. John Covey believes cooperation builds better schools. Building unity is his hallmark. If not, the Covey family would never get seven daughters off to school on time. Can Dr. Covey handle the pressure at a State Board of Education meeting? Sure he can. You could, too, if you ever sat down to dinner with ten kids. Its a matter of record that theres only one better administrator and leader in this area than John Covey. Only one other person whod be a better State School Board member. Too bad, though. Mrs. John Covey isnt a candidate. Seriously, folks, Johns not just qualified. Hes highly qualified. Hes been a businessman. Hes taught leadership at BYU. Hes a leadership trainer for the LDS Church. Besides that, he wants your help so he can help you help kids. Vote for John Covey Utah State Board of Education August 19th two-thlrd- Lake.
