SAILBOARD LESSONS - The Recreation Department, Depart-ment, along with Jan's will be offering sailboard lessons at Deer Creek reservoir. Participants can register for lessons individually or all three. Classes will consist of 3 hours of instruction and one hour of practice. Pre-registration Pre-registration is necessary. Register at the Racquet Club by the Thursday prior to the lesson. Transportation is not provided. The dates for the sailboard lessons are Monday, July 10, Monday, July 17, and Monday, July 31. MOTOR VEHICLE TITLE CHANGES As a public service, the Summit County Assessors' Office is now making title changes on motor vehicles and other titled property. Changes can be made in Coalville Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and in Park City located in the Summit County Services Building from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday only. Should you have any questions, you can call the Assessors Office Of-fice during working hours at 336-4451. THE MOTOR VEHICLE DIVISION must receive the tax commission copy of the safety inspection form for all used vehicles being registered beginning in January 1989. The county assessor's office can no longer accept just the safety inspection number of the application. On other issues concerning vehicle renewals, owners must have on the application current insurance information and the odometer reading. No emissions control inspections inspec-tions are required in Summit County. Office hours for vehicle renewals in park City are 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1 : 00 p.m. to 4 : 00 p.m. on Tuesdays only. OPEN BURNING WITHIN PARK CITY FIRE DISTRICT pursuant to the regulations established by the Utah Air Conservation Committee, May 30th is the last day spring-time open burning will be permitted. Within the Park City Fire District permission to burn, incident to property clean up, must be obtained from the Fire Marshal. Additional, burning within Park City limits requires a permit from the building department. A second open burning "Season" period will be scheduled schedul-ed from September 15th to October 30th this coming fall for additional property clean-up.
