ASSOCIATION Editors note: Following is the third in a series of developments that followed the 1939 suspension of Tintics basketball team. This article is from the April 20, 1939 issue of the Eureka Reporter: REINSTATEMENT OF TINTIC EXPECTED Indications are that the Tintic High School will be returned to good standing in the Nebo division and the school high athletic association, and that the ruling recently made which expelled them for a year will be set aside in the athletics because it was alleged that they were to blame for an altercation which broke out in the runner-u- p play-of- f game between Tintic and Lehi shortly before the final whistle of the contest, which was played at Pleasant Grove The cooler thinkers in Tintic area are of the belief that even if Tintic is in fault the punishment which has been attempted is far too great. They feel that a whole student body should not be punished to that extent in any event, and it is believed that the Kiwanis committee is working along this line to emphasize the injustice of the ruling. . ii - on a piece of wedding cake is sup- posed to bring a dream to a single girl which she will see her future EUREKA hnchanH The brown Indian muntjac, or barking deer, barks like a dog when excited.
