It embraces the des- jignation of a road from the Wyoming line over the Lincoln high-- 1 (way through Parleys Canyon to the state capital and a second pri-- 1 (maiy one by way of Echo Canyon to Salt Lake City through Og--1 ,den. From Utahs capital city the primary road is to extend west (over the Wendover highway to the Nevada state line at the latter town. The north and south primary road will enter the state at Franklin county, Ida., running through Cache county to Logan, Ogden and Salt Lake City. From the latter the road will run over State street to Nephi, where it will be continued, it is expected, over the Arrowhead trail to St. George and thence out of the state, passing over the Arizona Strip through Nevada and thence to Southern California. The primary roads as designated offer a complex system of highways. At the north of the state two roads enter on the secondary Bystem, one through Box Elder countjr through Malad Valley and connecting with the primary road at Brigham City. The other crosses the Idaho line in Rich county west of Bear Lake and follows its shores to the southern Bhores.
