Show SECOND YEAR CLASS ALUMNUS WAN MOKE HONOR WASHINGTON The glad word has come to us that our fellow alumni, Arthur Crawford, is a candidate for the Rhodes scholarship at Oxford University. Arthur has always been an energetic worker, possessing a courage that never falters, and a patience that never varies. To serve has been his constant effort, and to deserve the affections of good men his ambition. With him honesty and perserverance have been the twin relics of his nature. He is one who has given to his work the best he has and the best seems to be coming back to him. As a human machine, Arthur symbolizes the passage of scripture: The race is not to the swift nor the battle to the strong, but to they who K. N. S. endure to the end. MILL CO.
