Show HARRY E. CLARK, PIONEER SETTLER, DIES Native of Iowa Succumbs at His Kesi-1 deuce, Aged Sixty-sovcn j Years. j Harry K Clark, pioneer settler of L'lnh, died yesterday morning, at the age of (5V years. He was born fn Iowa City, Iowa, in 1S&1, and came to this state in 1S".4 with bis parents. After receiving his education here, he went to. Germany at the age of IS years, taking post-graduate courses. Upon his re I urn from Kurope he was engaged as cashier of the Iowa City State bank, which position posi-tion he filled for twelve years, and thereafter, there-after, for ten years, he was manager of the Iowa City Opera house. In 1900 Mr. Clark returned to Utah, and since that time has been engaged in horse raising. Three sisters. Mrs. A. L. Burnham, Mrs. John Ellis and Mrs. J. H. Fisher, all of Bountiful, survive him. Funeral services will be held In the First ward chapel at Bountiful at 2:.'i) o'clock tomorrow afternoon. Burial will be in the Bountiful cemetery. |
