Prior to filling an LDS mission in the central states he completed his first year of schooling at the Utah State Agricultural college in Logan. They will then go to Bingham Canyon and tour the Kennecott Copper mines at 1 p.m. The next scheduled stop will be at the Magna concentrate Mill at Magna, after which, they will see the Kennecott Refinery .at Garfield. On the return trip home, they will stop at Salfair for recreation. All Explorer boys making the trip have been excused from school for the day. They are asked to bring their own lunch, and the cost of the tip will be $2.95 per person.
