Westminster took the opening kick-of-f and on a to drive went down the eleven yard line only to be thrown back. The two clubs battled from one end of the field to the other in the first period, but neither club scored. Early in the second quarter Car-ro- ll College started a drive only to end it by a fumble on Westminsters 12 yard line. Westminster started a long drive for the first T. D. of the game. Halfback Dale Thibault carried to the 22 and halfback Bob Neilson charged up to the 26 for a first down. Quaterback Gary Nauman flipped a pass to end Ned Dalton, and was dropped on the Carroll 38. Another pass from C. Nauman to Thibault was good to the Car-ro- ll 27. Neilson pushed to the 20 and Don DeLude picked up four to the 16. Bob Neilson plunged to the 12 for a first down and then carried to the nine. Don DeLude moved the ball to the six and pushed to the three. On the fourth down, Gary Nauman, on a quarterback sneak went to the one. Thibault came back into the game and plowed through tackle for Westminsters second T. D. There will be no parking id front of the steps to Converse Hall, Science Building, and the two dorms. All the area south of the steps to Converse Hall to the road will be reserved for Dr. Palmer, Dr. Watkins, Mr. Gunn, and 4 other faculty members. The maximum speed limit anywhere on campus is 15 miles an hour. There will be no parking on any of the lawns, or driving over them. When the parking is taken closest to the buildings, the other areas will, be the large parking area west of the girls dorm, in the rear of the student lounge, and west of the tennis courts. Anyone found breaking these rules will be given a ticket and fined 50 cents per violation. Hours for payment of said fines will be posted on Student Council office door in the north end of the basement in Converse HalL The parking in front of the mens dorm is reserved for the students of that building.
