Frederick Bollwinkle, an old and honored citizen of Bountiful, died at his home in this city at an early hour this morning after an illness of four days. Early in the week he was taken with cold which rapidly developed pneumonia. The deceased was a very likeable man and washonored and respected by all who knew him. As city street commissioner he was a painstaking officer, zealous in the discharge of his official duties. It is probable that the funeral will be held Sunday. The deceased leaves a wife and grown up daughter to mourn his loss. The widow, before her marriage, was Miss Ada Smedley, daughter of the late Samuel Smedley.
